How do I get support?

The preferred method to request support is to enter a support request from the mobile app or web app.  You can also email support@timeoffcloud.com directly.


Each request gets assigned a ticket number.


A support representative based in the USA will assist you. The support staff responds to tickets from 9-5pm ET, Monday through Friday.

 

Response times vary, but are generally a few hours.
