If you do not see emails from us within a few minutes please check your Junk, Spam, or Clutter folders.
Some email providers may automatically mark our emails as spam. All automated emails will be sent from notifications@timeoffcloud.net. Please add this email address to your Contacts or Safe Senders list to make sure you receive Time Off Cloud messages in your inbox.
Gmail Users
Please check your Spam folder in Gmail. If the confirmation email is there, click the "Not Spam" button to prevent future Time Off Cloud emails from ending up in your Spam folder.
Outlook and Outlook Online Users
Please check your "Junk Email" folder in Outlook. If the confirmation email is there, click the "Junk" dropdown at the top and select "Not Junk" to prevent future Time Off Cloud emails from ending up in your Junk folder.
Other Users
Please check your Junk, Spam or Bulk email email folders. If the confirmation email is there, mark it as not Junk, Spam or Bulk to prevent future Time Off Cloud emails from ending up in your Spam folder.
